• Registration is individual — as a Leader or Follower.
• If you would like to register together with a specific partner, please indicate this in the comments section of both registration forms.
• Registration may only be submitted by the participant themselves. Confirmed registration is personal and cannot be transferred to another person.
• To create a truly unforgettable tango atmosphere, maintain a harmonious balance between Leaders and Followers, and ensure a pleasant mix of participants from different nationalities and dance levels, the number of participants will be limited.

 
Payment & cancellation policy
Payment
If your application to participate is accepted, payment must be made within 7 days, according to the instructions provided in the confirmation email.
If payment is not received within this period, your registration may be cancelled.
If you experience any difficulties with payment or have special requests, please contact the organizers at: brillosotango@gmail.com

Cancellation
If a participant cancels their registration, the following refund policy applies:

• More than 3 months before the event → 100% refund
• Less than 2 months before the event → 50% refund
• 1 month or less before the event → no refund

Registration Transfer
Registration is personal and cannot be transferred to another participant.

Event Cancellation
If the event is cancelled due to force majeure or other unforeseen circumstances, the paid registration fee will automatically be transferred to the next event.

Photography & Video Recording
During the event, the organizers will take photographs and record video for the purpose of promoting Brilloso Tango Marathon and preparing future events.
By registering for the event, you consent to the use of photographs and video recordings featuring you on our website and social media channels.

Liability
The organizers of Brilloso Tango Marathon are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or the loss or theft of personal belongings during the event.
